[Resolved] Airtel — airtel package not working/ package not applied. | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to bring your kind attention that, i used to recharge airtel number +91 [protected] by using airtel application. I recharged ₹ 248 on 23rd january 2018 by using quick recharges option. It was showing 1.4 gb/day + unlimited calls (82 days) for ₹ 248. I recharged this. But after recharging i got just 3 gb data for 28 days. I guess it might be technical problem. I called customer care on 24th january, they suggested to visit nearest airtel customer service. But i cant visit customer service office due to i stay outside india. My mother is using +91 [protected] this number. I appreciate if you rectify it and add same offer or could arrange for the refund of the same. I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and solve this at the earliest. My bank account details: Account number:[protected] Name : irshad.
