[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel telecom frenchise attender misguiding during PORT of NO. fromReliance to airtel | |||
This complaint is lodged due to misguiding by an attendent at airtel frenchise at Sadar Bazar, Agra.As I, m already a airtel celluler consumer. I reached to sadar frenchise on 23.01.17 at 6.45 pm to get my another no. Port from Reliance to airtel.I ask the attendent known as Neha to guide in porting procedure.She seems to be in hurry.She first advise me to come another day.When requested more than she gave me a wrong no. to msg for port which later came to know that no.(1909)given to me was of Reliance. When I warn to complaint about her misguiding & misbehaviour than she frustately answered that her duty is till 7pm and she need some time for her closing day work also so she is too busy.She doesn, t bother about the Job as she is permanently leaving the Airtel. Now the Conclusion is that you can insult anyone when you are throwing the Job.No one can control your misbehaviour or rude nature.You can mash the celluler Co, s brand name by your foot in few seconds...
