Sir/ madam,
I ported my postpaid connection to prepaid recently on my airtel mobile no [protected]. After paying my outstanding, i paid a frc of rs 449/-. My mobile was ported properly. Now the following problems are there:-
(A) internet 4g speed is very slow. Many a times it goes down to 3g and h or h+.

(B) outgoing sms is also not working.

(C) airtel appliance shows 0 balance and 2gb data,...

I recharged a plan of 399 which lasts for 84days but now getting a message like my plan will expires by today. It's just 35 days completed and what the hell is this and why do you provide these kinda of services...

At that time the plan offered 84 days validity, but today being the 71st day after recharging, i am not getting the service i paid for!

I was using airtel network, i am even able to receive calls. But i am not able to make any calls. Every time i try to call i get call failed.
I even tried resetting my network, still no help....

Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹4068 on october 28 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount without getting any response from the executive ([protected]) and the engineer ([protected]).
