I would like to inform you that, i sudip mahato a customer of airtel since 2009, my mobile number is [protected], now a days i face a serious problem with airtel's 1gb/ day plan, today (29/10/2017) i have been changed 284 mb within 22 second (At 12.00.22 a. M). Which is kind of impossible thing to happen in a 3g device. I also wanted to know you that it is the exact amount of data (284 mb), which i start to download on previous...

As per said India best network but I said it’s pathetic

There is some network issues in my SIM card so that series center guys change my sim and they inform me this new card is working with in 4 hrs
Till now it’s up to 12 hrs gone and this “best network “ Airtel is now working....

Today i upgraded to 4g sim. I send the sms to 121 and old sim card is being deactivated and new sim card is being activated 6-7 hrs back but new sim card is giving problem. I am not able to make any call and message. New sim card is showing error code 538. I am also not able to contact customers care. Please resolve this issue.

Airtel is back to its old ways of activating Unwanted "services" and deducting money from prepaid users. Most unethical thing to do. Airtel should stop cheating people or shut down their business if they don't believe in ethical business and transparency....

Recently, i have ported my number from reliance to airtel then realised airtel 4g is worse than 2g i did big mistake porting number into airtel. I can't even use 200mb of per day because of the speed slowness.

Starting of this week i have visited airtel showroom in 14, trunk road, porur chennai-116 to change my existing postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The staff (Viji) attended the request and took more than one hour to complete the form. They asked me to pay the outstanding bill, so i i've paid the outstanding amount using airtel app immediately. But this dump lady took one hour to fill the simple form.

I have done recharge of 149 rupees on 26th october 2017.in this recharge i will get 1 gb/day data for 28 days and atoa calling free for 28 days but i don’t get data pack on my number. I recharge the amount 349 to my no ([protected]) on 28-oct-2017 according to offer i should get 349 cash back (100% cash back).

I recharge the amount from airtel payment bank according to the condition.

When i confirm this offer from customer care after recharge, they said that this offer is closed on 26-oct-2017.

My airtel wallet number is [[protected]], i loaded 710 rupees on 24/10/2017 at 07:28 pm in my airtel money wallet. I want to recharge my airtel number through airtel money wallet then it's shows that. Your debit transactions are blocked in this wallet (I send the prompt in attachment).
I also try to call the customer care but he didn't respond me...
How it happens and please unblock my wallet for debit transactions...

Free data offer by airtel. When we accept and used data, airtel generate 33538rs bill. And cant help office staff and can't calling to customer care one121 because on system blocked. I was complain network regarding last 2 months but thay are failed to attend.
In last very bad experience with airtel company, office staff & also customer care.

Sir your broadband or internet service is very bad. The service of your wi fi is running very slow even we are taking expensive package of your aitel broadband. We call customer care again & again they gave different different reason all the time your engineer is also visited bt they also cant solve our problem.
