I stay in assam and got the number ported and also got the messages from the company about my documents reaching them and the process getting completed.

I got a text stating that the portability would be done by 19th september 22:00 and all i have to do is to put a new sim and dial 59059 fir tele verification.

Since 14 hours i have been calling them and the ivr is simply advertising...

My airtel post paid account is deducting rs.5 every day in the name of "celebrity wellness mall" which is automatically renewing itself without any request from me as a customer.

I do not know what is that "celebrity wellness mall" and why rs.5 is deducted automatically from my account and i do not know how it is renewed.

I have sent more than 20 sms stop to 155223 but again and again...

Dear sir/madam aadhar card link process free or chargeable. Please confirm. Beacouse yesterday i went to airtel office and opretor told me it is 30 rupee cost. Sir i have recevie message from airtel company it is free of cost. So please go your near airtel office and link your aadhar card to your sim. But yesterday i know about it is not free. I have been using airtel since long back and now since months i m not getting the required 4g speed at my location. If the provider can't give the desired 4g speed at a particular location then why they are advertising the plans of the particular. There is an airtel express store near by my area. When i inquired about buying a 4g hotspot, the store keeper said it costs rs2710. When i paid the amount and got the box i notice that mrp on the box was rs2500. When asked about why he took the extra amount, first he said it is gst. Airtel has denied my claim. The service request number is 2228962. The reason for denial is "improper handling". No proper care of the handset has been taken by the insured to safeguard the property.
