I have activated mobile insurance in airtel but as when i needed the service they come up with some clause which should be clear while taking such services and the customer care dept always misguide us for plan and wrongly debit every month bill for late payment which is reimbursable but if you pay they won't give you back. Very very disappointed with this behaviour....

I purchased 4g hot spot from airtel from airtel store when i checked outside the door for speed it showed 10mbps as download speed and 8 mbps as upload speed. In my airtel postpaid bill for the biling period: 23-jul-2017 to 22-aug-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i sent international sms to the number:[protected] times during this period. I also see similar sms from april onwards but the number of sms very less than 5 but i didn't realize until i saw a bill of rs. 970 for one billing period.
