First of all, it took 20 days to port from another network to airtel. Then i had issues with going from 3g to 4g activation for about 7 days. After going to the store, airtel fixed it for me in sweet 7 days to where i went back and forth like 20 times. And now i am not receiving sms. No otp, no sms from any bank. Not able to setup anything. Kudos to airtel for being open network!...

This is to notify you that the data card i ahve purchased on 15th april and at that time i was being told that if i make the 2 motnhs of rental in advance then i get the data card for free. So then i paid directly for 2 months in advance and i was using this connection and while i bought this connection so the store people told me that you do not have to pay for first two months and after that you bill will be generated...

I am facing the network problem in bangalore city and i have raised about 10 + complaints so far. I tried reaching the support team, csr team, nodal team, appellate team but no proper resolution (And now don't know whom to contact next ;- (). It's been almost 3 months now and still the problem exists....

airtel 4g hotspot speed is pathetic
