I would be highly obliged if you solve our problem as soon as possible cuz we are going impatient and your services make us real hyperwe are fed up of your late services. My Airtel number [protected], I loaded the 5000/- to make the electricity payment. When I am trying to pay this it says that your debit transaction are blocked. Several time written the compliant to Customer care and next level. First time they asked me some id proof and address proof same was send to the airtel money team. Till now issue was not resolved and I asked for 3 question no ans from there side.

Recharge amount wasted, no concern about it from customer care

I recharged my main account balance today and tried to activate 349rs unlimited data pack from ussd. I have the balance still it wasn't activating. I tried to call customer care all they could do is ask sorry. There is option to activate it in the ussd, but its not working. Customer care told that service is not available. Now i have 400rs balance in my account and i have no use of it. Wasted my money. Airtel playing with common mans earnings....

There is an offer given by Airtel that is for 399 we get unlimited calls and 1 gb data for 70 days. But the price of this offer varies from person to person. The same offer is given for 648 for few. Its the same with most of the offers given by Airtel. They r giving these offers only to selected customers....

So i planned to recharge using airtel app. Airtel suggested me "rs399=unltd local+std calls+70gb (1gb/day) 70 days. Data on 4g h/s+4g sim" as best plan. When i recharged with rs.399 they sent me a message "congrats! You have got free data (Limit 1gb) for 56 days....

I'm from salem, as per the data plan specification, i get 100 gb for rs. 999 @ 40mbps, but the speed of the internet is 0.67 mbps. I'm barely able to use my internet since its slow af. Its wifi and i get 0.67 mbps upon using only one device which is bs. I'm not even getting 1/10 of what i'm supposed to get. This is poor service from your side. Please fix this issue asap. Hi,

Am facing worst/no network/signal connectivity with airtel in btm 1st stage, bangalore. Despite of numerous calls to customer care and raising number of complaints towards the problem resolution there is no action on the complaints raised.
Everytime we call to customer care regarding the issue they say they will escalate the request and get it resolved quickly. Till now no resolution and the when tracking the complaint...

Bought sim from another Airtel store but its still not activated.

Porting is not successful by airtel

With deep dissatisfaction, i would like to raise this online today!
I have done a port in to airtel from vodafone but looks like it was a big mistake. The port out was successful on 22nd may but since then my airtel network is working in an off and on mode. And my incoming calls are completely blocked since day 1. I have locked multiple complaints for the same, but have received no updates. And airtel says now i cant even port out...
