I'm very disappointed with the pathetic customer service I have received from Airtel. This is regarding the mobile number [protected]. It's a new connection obtained in Bangalore, It has been more than 2 weeks since it was activated but till today neither I can make calls or receive calls. They say it's a technical problem and it will be fixed but it has not been done. The manager who is handling this is Vinay and his number is [protected]....

Please note that I still did not receive Rs 399/- refund against the recharge done on May 31st, 2017 (mob. no [protected], Transaction ID - [protected]). I made the payment using net banking, it has already been 3 days, and I still did not receive the amount! Kindly look into the matter and update me as soon as possible. Thanks!

There is an Airtel junction box in front of our house for the last 15 years. Every day there will be people to do some repair and I have beared the difficulty. Now I am altering the house and the junction box is blocking the two wheeler entry into the house. I spoke to the people who come to work in the box and they told it will be removed. Every time they tell that it will be removed, they have not removed it yet.

I am sujit gaonkar my mobile no. Is [protected].

I wanted to convert my no from billing to prepaid. For that they ask me to pay my bill of rs.500... I paid same amount.
After 10 days also they didnt activated my no. When i asked reason they found rs.250 unpaid bill so i paid it.
After these all my no hasn't activated yet.....

I am having issue with my data services, I have reported multi times to Airtel customer care, sent mail to nodal team, appellate team and 121 team also. The last time have told is something wrong happened with the system and they said they will look into it.

In the meantime, I changed my postpaid plan where they get a chance and said like as the plan got changed we will not be able to see the data update as its a real time...

I deshratna Swarna Prabhat Chakrawarti was using no. [protected] for a long time. But it was closed and allotted to another person without informing me. I was informed by my relative in 20 December 2016 that when she called me on no.[protected](airtel no) then another person received call and told this was his no. I called the person then he told that the no. Was allotted to him recently....

I have ported 2 numbers into airtel. And incoming to both of them. Is not working. People call me and hear this number is not valid [protected] [protected]. I have sent multiple emails but in vain.in fact i switched to post paid but in vain nothing has solved the problem. My prepaid money is lost. I ll be posting out whn 90 days get over. I am a loyalty customer of air tel. My mobile no-[protected]. I take a message offer recharge on rs.349 and get unlimited local & std call validity 28 days. I was recharge this offer on every month. But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. My sim has not been activated yet even after 3 days. I don't know the number of the sim as from where i purchased my sim you would get to know the number automatically. Please tell how to solve this problem as i went to the nearest airtel store and they were not keen to help me and told me to go to the place from where i purchased my sim.
