I was offered a discount of rs 200 on my postpaid number for 6 months effective from[protected]. But that discount was not applied on bill cycle (20th mar - 19th apr). Hence i requested 'appellate' team to resolve the same as per their commitment.
But they said that discount cannot be completed in this bill cycle and they will complete the waiver in next bill cycle for rs 200.

Hi, i had requested for number portability from vodafone to airtel and airtel executive (Mobile no: [protected]) came and collected my documents (Pan card copy, adhar card copy). As of now no action of portability request done and request has expired now. When i contacted airtel office, they are saying to resubmit the documents. My worry is that my id proofs can be miss used by anyone. Request you kindly support me on this....

I have a airtel 3g sim card in a 4g handset, but since the start of the 349 plan, i have been getting only 1gb data for the whole month instead of 1 gb/day for 28 days.
To rectify this problem i even went to airtel office to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g, but still the problem remains. I have been trying to call the airtel customer care but to no avail. I am really fed up of this situation and need an urgent solution....

I have raise a request for not able to get network properly and voice disturbances are more on 5th march of this year but still its showing onHold. Please resolve this issue. While i am calling to customer service about this complain they are just giving me fake promise and told me to wait for 3 days but think how many days over and still its pending is there i am sharing one image about this complaint just check and tell why these people...

I own a airtel connection. I want to port it but not getting approved from your end saying it's company owned. When the number is under my name and I'm paying bill for same I own it. It is your marketing team who gave offer to my company employees if they registered it as company why should we own the issue. Did you get any authorization letter for issuing sim?? I recharged 349 amount on april 29 I got 3g benefit with confirmation message I got this offer valid for 12 months, next I sawn offer in my mobile same message that's why I recharged with 349 but they modified offer only valid for 4g handset

During my recharge there were no options that stated the entire benefits of this option. I was redirected directly to payments page and amount got deducted. Phone shows 4G network but speed is so low that nothing works.

On 27.5.2017 i have recharged for 4g rs.349 data plan for 28 days. But i could get only 3g data. So i contacted 198 several times for the past 3 days. But of no use.
