Overcharging for my singapore stay - rs. 37158 bill

I was fooled by Airtel. I recently travelled to Singapore and got an international plan activated for the whole length of my stay. They said it will work there and will cover my expenses (and as the executive said during booking, in Malaysia as well).

Below is a summary of how they overcharged me:

1. My credit limit of Airtel account is 14, 000 but I got a bill for 37158 in a single month (proof attached)....

I activated a data plan of Rs.345 (1GB data daily for a month and unlimited calls) on 8th April, but on 13th April I didn't got my 1GB.
This is not happening for the first time. I have activated this plan 3 times (once every month)but I haven't completed a month with 28GB. Please help. Even my airtel app is showing that there is no plan activated....

Invalid prepaid number after converting from postpaid to prepaid

After converting to prepaid, i am not able to recharge it anymore. It showing a error as" Invalid prepaid number". Due to zero balance i am not able to do any outgoing call.

Also i tried to call 121, sent mail to Airtel.presence and 121 email id. But no help yet.

Please help to resolve it ASAP....

Sms pack for 28 days

Games hub service from wicore company

In investigated and came to know that wicore company is charging without any consent receive from me.

Airtel I request you to stop services or put penalty on wicore company which is located at hyderabad.
This company does force activation without user consent....
