I activated it at 5 pm . Then I was checking a mail and bought a product in Amazon. I received a message saying that I have consumed 3.8 GB data. We requested on 31st March for the number 0120-43**474.

The executives come here 2 times...

This is in reference to fake data usage projected by airtel broadband. 2 months back i got Airtel Broadband installed. Earlier i had a Reliance Connection. The plan in both networks was 30GB. To my surprise, the reliance data usage didnt exhaust ever during my 2 years with them. On the other hand, the 30 GB provided by airtel ends in 10-12 days. Amount deducted from account 2 times from my account

Hi,

I did recharge in my no. I. E [protected]. When i did 1st time recharge after payment it has been shown message recharge was unsuccessful. So again i did recharge 2nd time but after payment shown the same message. But after 10 mins i got message amount deducted from my account 2 times.

Overcharging for my singapore stay - rs. 37158 bill

I was fooled by Airtel. I recently travelled to Singapore and got an international plan activated for the whole length of my stay. They said it will work there and will cover my expenses (and as the executive said during booking, in Malaysia as well).

I activated a data plan of Rs.345 (1GB data daily for a month and unlimited calls) on 8th April, but on 13th April I didn't got my 1GB.
This is not happening for the first time. I have activated this plan 3 times (once every month)but I haven't completed a month with 28GB. Please help. Even my airtel app is showing that there is no plan activated....
