Collection agents from delhi are calling and talking in very rude manner. Number [protected] suggesting their name as advocate nitin choudhary. When researched on internet people from different providers i. E. Tikona, idea are also getting threatening calls from this number. I was an airtel customer, however due to incorrect billing by airtel i have not settled their amount and now they are calling from different numbers and threatening us....

No messages can send from the 1st day I port from vodafone to aitel. the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN - no success.

Called the 198 at least 4 times - they either are clueless...

I had applied for a Migration of Broadband plan on 31st of Jan 2017. After that it has been multiple calls and multiple emails to Airtel and I still haven't got a solution.

Airtel broadband stealing money in the name of advance rental plans

Airtel stealing money from customers in the name of Advance Rental plans and later harrassing them for payment: fixed line number [protected] . Broadband.l connection taken on 15 Jan 2017. Advance payment made on the same day for rs 4136. But after 1 month I have again got the bill for same amount. Sales executive saying it's a payment updation issue and Airtel will resolve internally. Then also I am getting OBD and collection calls daily....

Airtel 4g and SIM Swap not activating

I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel few years back and bought an airtel sim that time. I have recently purchased a 4g handset and decided to swap my old airtel 3g sim for a 4g sim.
I approached airtel store and got the sim swapped by sending sim number to 121 and the rest of the process. Within few minutes the new sim got activated but i wasnt getting any 4g network (Open network showed good signal).
