I was out of town from few months, and my whatsapp was registered on my airtel no. I was not using the number due to roming. So i was not able to use my number, Recently my whatsapp asked for verification then i came to know that number has been issued to someone else. So all my personal messages are being forwarded to your new customer....

On 1st Feb 2017 & 1st Jan 2017, I have recharged to Wrong number instead of min through Paytm. Please do the needful. I tried Calling Paytm and Airtel customer care but they are not able to resolve the issue./ Please help me here.

1) Paytm should provide an option to cancel the transaction...

As I have ported from BSNL to Airtel post paid.
On 4th march, I started to use Airtel, Made televerification by called 59059.
But Incoming calls not activated. I approached Airtel outlet, they have given me new sim because of faulty sim has been given me.
Almost two days completed, many times called to customer care but I got helpless.
Still I am not receiving any incoming calls.br...

Hi, i have opted for MNP and it has been observed that name has been mentioned wrongly for my account. I have contacted airtel and raised a complaint. Balance remaining is 551 Indian rupees..
According to TRAI rules & regulations
They cannot block calls like this. Only after
6 months of inactivity they can..
