I had recharged for full talk time and 4gb recharge on 23 Jan. However Airtel has deducted my money from main account and they are claiming that there was only 1gb benefit so other usage they have deducted from main balance. Cheap and fake Airtel when they are not able to give what they are advertising then why the hell they advertise. Looting our money. I am a aitel user for the past 1 and a half years. i am facing the problem with the service for the past so many months. i am fed up of making calls to them.
1. The customer service people do not speak english even if we select the language ENGLISH.
2. They cut the complaint calls without any notice while i am on call.
3.They once withdrew my money off my account which was refunded after making several calls .

I got a fraud call on 04/02/2017. The person said she is calling from HDFC PayBack Points department and wants to give a cashback against the points accumulated in my HDFC Card.

She then asked me for my ICICI Bank debit card details which I shared with her thinking that they need the details in order to transfer the cashback to my debit account.

I paid Rs.1000 to airtel broadband provider in my neighborhood for a new connection but it was never fulfilled because of infeasibility. I have been running to get my refund since then. I finally generated an online refund request will all required details on 4th Dec' 2016. The registered ticket no is AOR2b6cc2. I am still waiting for my refund. I will take this matter to police and finally court if this refund is not processed by this month.br...

I am unable to receive any calls and if i get a call I am unable to talk to the other person on phone due to poor signal quality in my area.I have posted a complaint but no action has been taken yet.previously there was no problem of signals but from last few months there is very poor signal in my area.All my family members use airtel prepaid and all are facing the same problem...

I would like to tell about the airtel set box that i purchased on march of last year it had certain issues like bad connectivity and stillafter using till jan 2017 i showing no signall regularly now its showing permanent
ly like that for some days and when we called airtel representatives they are saying to spend 600 rs for geting a new one so wats the quality of airtel set up box provided by airtel ....

I applied for a Broadband connection on 28/01/17 and a sales executive Kamlesh ([protected]) visited my place and collected all documents for installing Broadband and Telephone line. He informed me that the connection shall come with free router and free telephone set and shall be installed on Monday. On Tuesday I called him up as the connection was not setup, he informed me that it will be done within an hour, till Wednesday the connection...

I have not received transaction receipt for online payment to Airtel DTH for a new connection.
There should be a transaction receipt of every transaction, be it a online or a physical mode.

Even the customer care is not able to help on same. They are saying that this is not possible. I have even told them to take complaint. But they are saying that they are not able to take complaint of same.

Recently called 121 to enquire about my last recharge from my airtel no.
[protected] and it was answered by your staff Presenjit Barman. He was
talking in an extremely rude manner and when u asked him if this the way he
should talk to a customer I will complain if you keep talking this way
then he answered - 'go ahead and complain as much as you want' and he cut

There is temporary suspension on my airtel number[protected]. Got a new sim with my old number. It ws activated and worked for few days. After few days there was no incoming outgoing facility. We have submitted all the documents but still it's not activated. Not able to do any online transactions also as I don't even receive messages. Hope you ll do something about it....

Despite of many complaint and many email, my complaint is always been marked as resolved or closed without any help.We are facing no network or very poor network at below address -
