Inspired by Prime Minister's Digital India Movement, we have started our family members to get the mobiles recharged thru Internet payment but getting discouraged to do so..

Our balance for the talk time on mobile service of Airtel, Delhi Circle was not available so we decided to get it recharged thru mobile online payment.

When mobile calling services didn't get activated, we spoke...

In My village/town no network coverage of Airtel. Plz make a solution.

Network coverage is very low and bad of Airtel because in this area no tower installed
And one tower installed but it rang not covered this area.

Airetel collected Rs. 1490 in advance for one month rental in early December. Connection provided 4 Jan. Now bill raised by Airtel for 23 Dec to 22 Jan due date 8 Feb 2017. As I am not able to use my data plan of2999 properly for last 40 days and have complained so many times but on every complaint I receive a sms that you problem Will be seen in next two days and all that. But it is still there, now I get the highlighted display of exceeding of my data plan. What is this going on can't understand. I have done a transaction of 20, 000 on 03rd Feb, 2017 from my credit card to Airtel money. Money got deducted from my credit card and it wasn't added to Airtel money wallet. I waited to 6days on a view that money would get credit back but it wasn't happened. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.
