This is vijaykumar, I've opted for airtel postpaid through porting of my Vodafone number on 22nd october 2016 and the process has come till the Tele verification but unable to complete successfully because unable to connect 59059 using basic mobile also. Regarding this I've already complained to many officials but ironically no action is being taken, not even responding to the complaints.I reached airtel store also but problem not resolved...

I Mrs. Laxmi vaidh, i recently ported my reliance number([protected]) to airtel prepaid. my new sim got network after about a week than i proceed through tele-verification. the tele-verification was done successfully. they said that my service will start within 15 minute. I would like to brief you below my grievances which is being faced due to AIRTEL connection/network for [protected]

1.I had approached to Airtel Branch at Bidadi, Karnataka 562 109 recently to check out the best feasibility o[censored]p-grading my connection for my residence.

1.At the time of discussion they suggested me to opt for CUG 99 plan ( 400 minutes local calls & 200 mb data costing...

On 16 october 2016 i did recharge from www. Airtel.in for prepaid topup recharge at 3:28 pm of rs. 205, and as per airtel senior supervisor mithilesh shende, whithin 2 hours consumer get the topup money but did't receive and not message from airtel saying that your transaction is successful or not. So i thought it is unsuccessful because i did't receive top up amount in my mobile. Because of this i did again recharge of rs. 205 at 6:30 pm...

I would like to acknowledge you that my postpaid number [protected] have an outstanding due balance of rs.1609.22. And my number has been temporarily deactivated since 0ne month. However today i have paid an total amount of rs.1050 against the due bill amount in the airtel gallery shop. They told me that my number will be activated within 30 mins after switching off the sim.. But till now my number has been reactivated....

Currently i am using 499 plan for my airtel post paid connection. I am getting a bill of more than 1000 rupees for my current set up of the packs provided in this plan. I am not able to reset the packs online as mine is a corporate plan.

On 1st November 2016 I m dial *121*1# show recharge with 96 get 1gb 3g data for 28 days. I got this offer after recharge I got a message...
Thanks for recharging with Rs.96, your validity has been extended to 28 days. To check balance dial *121*2#. But today my data pack was expired. Who? And debits my A/C Balance. Resolved your problem and refund my Balance & data.

On 23 rd all of sudden my sim card incoming outgoing barred without intimation. Customer care asked to resubmit proof i did at srivari enterprises palamaner. They told today tomorrow issue will solve. Now talk with customer care we are doing service we will not update status. Need to wait weeks months. Blaming trai. Im loosing lot of calls please respond regarding this and solve my issue....

I have been trying to activate my 4g sim since last week...whenever I send 1 to confirm the swap it says unable to process request...please tell whats wrong...I want the 4g packs...
Also.in the rs 1497 pack...we get 6gb immediately and for 1 year we get packs for low rate...So I want to ask can we recharge with those packs any number of timrein that 1 year...please respond...

On 28-oct-16 i make complaint on my broadband connection 40mbps speed not connect in stable.my reference number is 74824834.i told to call back by back end team but past four days your team never called me till now

today[protected] i called to your customer care at 1.41 pm first customer care not connecting to senior manager and they cut my call.And second customer care talking harsh to me and not even connect my call i wait...

I've raised a new request for airtel broadband 45 days back and they have checked and told there is a feasibility for connection in my area. they have collected rs 1000 for the new connection, but when the technician checked, he had reported that connection is not feasible in my location and had told that my amount of rs 1000 will be refunded.
