I hv got a duplicate sim and it has been activated but i am unable to send any messages or use any services other than call. Call is also not going on all numbers like my second number is [protected], and i cant call on it. Kindly help. Also i am unable to use *121# or *567#. I am not able to access proper airtel network in location. I already raised one complaint but it was closed without customer confirmation. PR[protected].

I pay Airtel broadband for 16 MBPS of bandwidth. For the last 20 days I have been receiving between 1 and 10 MBPS. I have lodged two complaints with Airtel. I have escalated to the Nodal officer, and the Appellate officer also. Airtel has not resolved the low bandwidth issue, even though I am paying for 16 MBPS. Customer care just marks the status of the complaints resolved when the problem still persists.

Recently i have lost my android phone and so when i approached AIRTEL outlet at ghatkopar west near R city mall, they asked me for my id alongwith Rs 25 and have given a new sim and when i activated that it number changed from [protected] to [protected]. this is height o[censored]nprofessional and callous attitude.

I have taken a WiFi plan last month, but it's not working. I made complains at customer care at regular basis, but no resolution has been received yet. They always have the same answer, but refuse to take any action. There is no use of such service which is not being received.
