Hi Team,

this is to inform you that i use a Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) on that number i activate a caller tune on 15 June with a song charges which was deducted that time overall 90 rs. included with 90 days subscription of caller tune and a song.

after that on 18th June i change my caller tune again my subscription charge was renewed 20 rs. for 20 days and last subscription was cancelled automatically...

I was using 3G service from airtel.It is a postpaid connection.But I stopped using internet one month ago.Still this month I got a bill amount 5061.43.and It go automatically deducted from my airtel money.I want refund because I never use it.Otherwise I have to leave airtel.So I am writing this complaint in consumer complaint.Airtel customer care executive please contact me and give me the refund.My Mobile number [protected]....

This is to bring to your notice that on 7th june 2016 a recharge transaction of rs. 253 has been deducted from my icici account[protected] but due to some technical error there was failure in the process of recharge. In the morning while i was sleeping, i got a message from airtel that rs35 has been deducted from main balance, for fashion bunny 7 days subscription. I panicked coz i didnt subscribe as i was sleeping nd my phone was on table. I immediately tried to cancel it. I am not a sleep walker and definitely there's no one around. I have got a phone call fron airtel phone banking services that if I can port postpaid my munber I will get added advantage of 1gb data per month and good talk time. After porting the plan i got from airetel was completely different and customer care responded that the its not possible to give that at all. The airtel signal is very bad. Most of the times my colleagues complain that my number is our of coverage area.

I requested for port out from the airtel network, but they intenitionally rejected porting the network without any reason, regarding that i have called the customer support they gave me improper answer and are very careless ph no:[removed]. no proper reason is said for the cause of rejecting port.they are simply saying to contact the network that you are porting into....
