For last three months airtel company has been adding extra charges in my bill, saying that I used their 3G data pack and the worst part is they say that I am the one who insisted to add that data pack in my monthly plan. In December 2015, for the first time I called for activation of 1GB 3G pack but in about 10 days I used the whole pack so company called me back asking if I wanted to continue with another 1GB or discontinue the plan, well...

My fixedline no[protected]. I have paid Rs 799.22 via online internet banking.The amount is debited from my account but not credited in airtel. The transaction no.is.IGOBTRJJY8 on 6.4.2016 at 16.11 hrs.

Airtel fraud and bogus companies active On 26/03/2016. I was had paid Rs 250/- and submitted my documents for BSNL TO AIRTEL POSTPAID CONVERSION.and the sim is still not activated. Dear Sir

I have changed from prepaid to Postpaid on 29.02.2016. It was assured by customer care and Airtel Express counter that, my current balance of Rs 200 of prepaid number will be adjusted in first postpaid bill. But first post paid bill generated and delivered to me without Rs 200 adjustment.
The best part is the 5 emails has been written but no action taken by the Airtel.

Using your My Airtel app i received an offer of free 100Mb night internet (12am to 6am).i had about 38 Rs in my account i efficiently used that internet and when i still had 2.29 MB i found my account deducted to 0.when i asked customer care about this, they stated that they dont know anything about this offer given or offers from this app.kindly help me....

Tried recharging my phone talk time on my airtel app. It gave a message saying transaction failed and i did not receive my talktime. However the talktime amount (300) was deducted from my account. This is very bad on airtels part and i hope they refund my money or at least put in talktime later in such cases...
