I'm complaining about no network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please...

We are fed up of airtel services. It's almost one and a half year that we have not recevied paper bills. Every month we contact airtel customer care but there is no response from them. They only say that you will receive the bill shortly. Please deliver us the bills asap.

I was using one mobile number from year 2010 with my one of work mate ID Because those times in Maharastra state the refused to give sim card of other state ID Proof then i requested one of my company mate and he helped to me with getting new sim card & it was BSNL number then i ported in Airtel. I am working in aboroad & i was doing recharge every month to be remain activated sim card & same number i used in my bank account, Pan card, AAdhar...

My number is registered with Airtel mobile service provider. They have sent me the bill of Rs. 5582.58 for the month of August 2021. They have charged us for ISD calling services which we haven’t used for the said month. I feel that someone has hacked the sim of mobile number [protected] to make ISD calls all over the world. My father is a retire person and doesn’t even make a STD call. My father’s number is an add-on number on my family...

I get multiple calls a day for bank and car loans, I have made all attempts to ask these people to stop calling, but to no avail. Finally I registered a complaint with Airtel, but no matter what I do - I get a message from them that they can not find the call to my number and close the complaint. Here is the message I get from Airtel -

I haven't got any message of the ebill password and also when I'm messaging 121 with EBILL PASSWORD it is replying with wrong entry. Please bro with the same.

I have recently ported my Airtel Mobile number To Jio number and paid all dues to airtel already however airtel is not confirming due clearance to jio, jio is asking me proof of payment else warning to bar services. Upon reaching airtel service center they have confirmed that payment is received but when asked for payment details they deny to share. This is utter professionalism and customer is getting tossed between two service providers....

Airtel 40 days ago disable my wallet. The wallet has enough balance to pay toll on the plaza but due to disabling it, my fastag goes under negative balance. So I decided to recharge it from another wallet like phonepe but interestingly they dont allow me to recharge fastag when I check my fastag status on the official website it showed me your fastag is blacklisted. I was complaining since 2 yrs more than this but still my issue in reality doesn't solve. Last year due to lockdown I agreed that there me issue but it should be resolved till today's date.

Whenever I complain, service person register complaints and give a date for resolution. But without resolving in reality they remove my complain giving the reason it's resolved.

I have an Airtel postpaid plan,
And the family plan of 1349 on respective numbers-

[protected] (ISD call charges added)

1.No outgoing ISD calls were made from our side but it is reflecting in our bill (extra Rs 1291).

2. On further investigation by ourselves we found that the international numbers are from 9 different
countries....

Scam fraud network, last month i request a portability, bcoz of rising the price of basic plan, next day airtel customer care executive called me and they said the tarriff price will be reduced next month, embarassingly they cut SMS from the basic tarriff current month, this is how they scam customers also suck every customers blood. I raised a Complaint agaist them on TRAI portal, how ever i Rocorded a Customer care conversation. let see...

Yesterday, I recharged my Airtel Digital TV and as per the instructions, kept my set top box ON during the process. But the connection is not working since yesterday, I tried Airtel Customer Care, eventually it turned out that I'll have to pay 150 Rs. if I want an engineer to fix it. So, basically if Airtel is giving worst services, I'll have to pay for it. I couldn't even connect to Customer Care Call Center's employee to talk this through....
