Negative Balance

Airtel DTH Connection: [protected]
I have installed Airtel DTH with Broadband connection on 27th Aug '21 and it's said it's obsoletely free for 1month and you can change the plan anytime, based on that commitment I made DTH to Prepaid connection on 25th Sep'21 and un bundle the plan. Sim stopped working suddenly overseas

On 16September 2021 afternoon, My airtel India sim stopped working suddenly. Its been 9 months since I started living in Tokyo, Japan and the network was working just fine. I had done all the essential recharges and kept it active. But on 16th, all of a sudden, the SIM stopped working without any intimation.
I used the airtel app to solve the problem initially but it suggested me to contact the customer support. Unable to call back...

Airtel Request to Split of Airtel DTH customer ID

Hi,
I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID([protected])
When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.
So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.

Airtel Payments Bank Compromised

My Airtel payments bank has been compromised from a long time and I have been trying to follow up with the payments bank team over email for this. It has been more than 2 months now that they have been strolling over this and have not yet resolved this. I do not understand how this can be accepted with something related to a payment bank which should be dealt with high high attention...

The amount 4386.64 was debited from my bank account no. having Customer ID: 70353542 on date 13.08.2021 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was BHIM UPI. After automatic cancellation of ticket by IRCTC due to booking get failed a refund has been initiated by irctc.

DTH Can not talk to customer care for pre-sales queries

I had a few pre-sales queries and hence I called the Airtel DTH customer care. I thought when I select the option for a new connection, I will get a chance to talk to the customer care. However all they do is for new connection enter your pin code. That's it after that the call hangs up.

While this is Okay, it would have been better had there been an option to also talk to the customer care.
I request Airtel to provide...

Complaint about not receiving paper bills

We are fed up of airtel services. It's almost one and a half year that we have not recevied paper bills. Every month we contact airtel customer care but there is no response from them. They only say that you will receive the bill shortly. Please deliver us the bills asap.

Reissuing of new sim card

Mobile number fraud

High level of spam calls on my mobile even after being on DND

I get multiple calls a day for bank and car loans, I have made all attempts to ask these people to stop calling, but to no avail. Finally I registered a complaint with Airtel, but no matter what I do - I get a message from them that they can not find the call to my number and close the complaint.
