It's been more than a month that I had submitted an issue with wync team to look at an issue related to wync music.

Short description :- When yiu try to cast music to Sony android TV the phone connects to TV, shows album cover and play screen but refuses to play. Checked with different android phones connected and it's the same issue. Other cast apps works fine with TV.

I have been using an airtel postpaid data card. As im not using my data card nowadays, i went to the airtel store and gave a letter regarding the cancellation of my postpaid SIM card. Theyasked me to pay my monthly bill which is Rs.100. It has been more than 2 weeks now. They gave me no acknowledgement. When i went to the same store a week later, they said that they have sent something about my SIM card to someone. And my SIM is still active....

I am using 3g postpaid plan since 3 months but am getting 2g speed. The amount has been collected for 3g. I have raised this issue several times with customer care as well as the floor managers in Bangalore, but the response I got was worse. I would like to tell that instead of providing 4g in Himalayas, please provide atleast 3g services where humans exist. Worst ever service and response by airtel... No body gives a damn to customers queries....

I am not able to make any outgoing calls, or able to receive any incoming calls. I have no connectivity for hours and hours and people are not able to reach me and I am not able to reach others.

A network that claims its presence every in India does not provide a proper coverage at the heart of a city in Bangalore.

This is completely actionable because the company is not serving the customers as appropriate....

I have been using airtel broadband plan of rs 649 for 2 years with a speed of 2 Mbps. 6 months back there was a new plan offered from Airtel for rs 615 with broadband speed of 4 mbps. One of my co-residents in my apartment have been using Airtel 615 plan and they are getting 4 Mbps speed.

I am a prepaid customer of airtel since last 6-7 years, but I never faced this type of problem and my plan is under Rs.399(For unlimited Internet plan)but I don't understand how my balance finished in 12 days only to zero, when 399 was deducted for this month, my balance was Rs.276, after deduction of Rs.399.

Connecttion speeds have been pathetic for my Airtel 4G Postpaid no.[protected] for the last 4+ months. Download speeds of 0.48mbps and Upload speed of 0.02mbps would be unaceptable even to a 2G user. Several calls, complaints, escalations have all gone unattended. Airtel support simply closes complaints on a whim.
