I am using Airtel DTH and i was suffering with the airtel services. basically from previous 4 to 5 months i was out of town and i got so many calls from airtel for only one reason and the reason is when you setup you DTH or when you Recharge your DTH in fact they are giving me alot of offers on my connection but when i was come at home and want to setup my connection and they are asking me...

Airtel is charging unnecessary for the video club service. I did even subcribe for this service. Even spoken to airtel customer care they said they will deactivate the service, already charged from january 2016. On 28/3/16, i have recharged my mobile with amount 554.00 using my airtel app. The monet is deducted from my bank account but it is not credited to my mobile balance. So again i repeated with the same amount using the app then also it is not credited to my mobile balance.

As per reference number 660 270 24 for connection [protected]_dsl logged on[protected], complain of frequently disconnection of internet is yet not resolved. I am facing this issue from past 6 months.
Previous complain is logged on[protected] having ref. no. 65785858, which is automatically closed by company end without any confirmation, this kind of response is not expected from such a reputed company.

This fraud company is always behaving like a coward. There is no proper customer care to submit our query. They are charging a lot. I used special recharges of 5rs/20mb (2g) for two or three days. But still its not deactivated and the main account balance is getting reduced. I checked for active packages. There is no active packages. I having major issues in connectivity & dropping the calls. The clarity of the
calls are very poor & call drops are very often. I complained earlier, have
informed to change the SIM. It is also done. It is now impacting the work.
