I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? How do I find this? This is breach of privacy....

I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill...

I am working in QATAR. I will return to india 4-5 times yearly . I leave from India on 20th December and I reach Qatar with roaming i receive the SMS i used that facility unfortunately i did not go back to india .I planned to go on 30th APR2016. I did not find the Signal of my AIrtel (i am using Dual SIM mobile).Then I send the message they disconnected the same that's unfair .They should send the pre-alert message before disconnecting the...

I purchased Airtel prepaid SIM No : [protected] from one of the shops at Bangalore (Kanakapura road) on 27 Mar 16. Local verification was done on 28 Mar. Still SIM not activated. I am unable to find any help or solution. Please help resolve!!! Thanks, Arun

I had registered online for home delivery of Airtel 4g device on 12th March 2016 from Cochin in Kerala. I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office....

Received a message as under

Cant understand the meaning of the above message. I want to continue my prepaid airtel mobile connection no. [protected]....

Since i lost my Sim i got a duplicate Sim from airtel on 29th march around 11 am. They said the SIM will get activated in 4 hours.
Since the SIM did not get activated I called the customer care at around 9pm and they said that the number has been activated. I should again visit the airtel store to resolve the issue.
On 29th march around 10:30 am again I went to airtel store. They said because of server issue the document could...

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.

first of all, I should not be getting H+ and less service when I have 4G active

As I have registered a complaint against network problem on my no. [protected], but didn't got any solution yet. I am facing so much problem due to this.
If problem is not resolved till tomorrow evening, then I will change the network....

I had purchased a 4g home wifi from kalyan west dist thane and my number is [protected] on[protected]. But i received a bill saying i have to pay rs 563/- before[protected].At the time of purchase i was told on the payment of rs.3885/- i will get a home wifi for 3 months and this is the service we get in return .When today i contacted the gallery were i purchased he said the amount is service tax which i was not informed at the time of purchase.If...

I am facing network issue from almost 8 months and i have raised several complaints from 18th July 2015 but there is no proper response from Airtel apart from asking sorry for the inconvenience caused . I am fed up of calling Airtel to resolve the issue.

Such poor response from this joint company ..

i have submitted for my documents and 1000Rs for installation Land line connection on Thursday[protected] .. still now no action taken -- i called the complaint number they said it will done by[protected] .. on that i got missed call from[protected] i again called him he said " who your are " i said i got missed call from the number i recently applied for the new connection...

I am shakti, my number is [protected]...And i made a recharge of 398 through the airtel mobile app...On the 14 march 2016...But recharge has not been done and i have not got any msg frim airtel failure/success...But the amount has been deducted from the account of my sbi...According the sbi transaction was successful...But recharge have not done from the airtel...

I have recharged on 28.03.2016 vide Ref. No.IG0BSJXDW0 and No.IG0BSCH0T2 twice for an amount of Rs.50/- each (two times) in the Airtel No.[protected]. Recharge was failed but amount deducted from my account. However only Rs.50/- refunded to my account on 29.03.2016 and balance Rs.50 did not refunded till date....

I am totally unsatisfied of response from Airtel regarding their 4G device and internet service. I have been cheated on the grounds of my customer rights and upon raising my issue I got abusive replies from Airtel partner at Faridabad. Further, there is no constructive response from airtel customer care. Now I have suffered a lot due to low level customer service from Airtel, I am forced to bring my issue to the notice of consumer help avenues...

My father bought this good for nothing Airtel connection because Airtel advertised in his office, which is Central govt. Airtel postpaid supposedly provided customized internet & call packs, So my dad bought one

First of all, they never fully gave the packs they told they ll provide.
Second, They overcharged my the bills
And, when my dad emailed them about this, He got no response.

I had recharged my airtel dth, customer id [protected]-001, with rs. 558 (Economy sports plus with 33 hd channels) on 13/03/2016 which was supposed to run for one month. However somebody in airtel on 16/03/2016 activated hitz combo 9m sony star worth rs. 309 on 16/03/2016 without asking me. Hence burning my balance on 20/03/2016 resulting in no subscription and tv showing error code 6. Me or my family never gave any such consent to activate...

I booked airtel broadband & fixed line combo plan (799 plan) on 7th march'16 from airtel business representative mr. Jeevan choudhury by paying rs.1200/- in cash (Cef form no. 4453688). The above connection has not been provided to me even after 3weeks time nor any airtel executive has spoken to me regarding the said line or refund of money.

Kindly arrange for refund of rs.1200/- which i paid to shri choudhury on 7th march'16...
