Misuse of cdr

I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? How do I find this? This is breach of privacy....

Generating bill without using data services

I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill...

I had registered online for home delivery of Airtel 4g device on 12th March 2016 from Cochin in Kerala. I promptly received an sms confirming receipt of my request and mentioned that a local representative will contact me soon. I followed up at least 8 times by calling the Chennai number mentioned in the sms regarding the same till today the 30th of March 2016 and all I received was sincere apologies. But not even a call from the local office....

Since i lost my Sim i got a duplicate Sim from airtel on 29th march around 11 am. They said the SIM will get activated in 4 hours.
Since the SIM did not get activated I called the customer care at around 9pm and they said that the number has been activated. I should again visit the airtel store to resolve the issue.

Airtel Balance deduction

I have 4G enabled handset and 1GB 4G service active on my handset. I have put my handset on 4G enable settings. Ever Since a activated new SIM its indicating 3G and H+ on the signal strength. To make it worse Airtel deducted Rs.79 towards 19MB data usage from main account instead of deducting available 4G balance.

My father bought this good for nothing Airtel connection because Airtel advertised in his office, which is Central govt. Airtel postpaid supposedly provided customized internet & call packs, So my dad bought one

First of all, they never fully gave the packs they told they ll provide.
Second, They overcharged my the bills
And, when my dad emailed them about this, He got no response.

Unauthorised usage of my balance by airtel

I had recharged my airtel dth, customer id [protected]-001, with rs. 558 (Economy sports plus with 33 hd channels) on 13/03/2016 which was supposed to run for one month. However somebody in airtel on 16/03/2016 activated hitz combo 9m sony star worth rs. 309 on 16/03/2016 without asking me. Hence burning my balance on 20/03/2016 resulting in no subscription and tv showing error code 6. Me or my family never gave any such consent to activate...

The above connection has not been provided to me even after 3weeks time nor any airtel executive has spoken to me regarding the said line or refund of money.

Kindly arrange for refund of rs.1200/- which i paid to shri choudhury on 7th march'16...
