Service interruption even after making due payments on time

Even after making payments against mobile no.[protected] on due dates, Airtel didn't posted payments properly and harassing for payment even after providing payment transaction ids wide transaction ID no: 712487 dated 09.12.2015 and 387244 dated 04.02.2016. Now line got disconnected without intimation and I suffered service interruption. Expecting compensation of Rs.10Crores for harassment which has done by Airtel for which I already...

Refund not given back

I Have surrendered AIRTEL 4g Connection on 26th Dec, 2015.After 24 days airtel got back to me to submit documents for refund, which was forwarded to them 3 times. Airtel did commit that my refund will happen on 6th fEB, and the date revised was 12th feb and again it was further revised to 15th feb, 2016.Till date airtel has not refunded back my Rs.3900, even after submitting all documents.The customer care just notifies that i will get reply...

No response on new connection request

I submitted new connection request to airtel 2 weeks back. I got a call last Wednesday (Feb 10)and was told that there is port availability in my area and I can be given new connection. Next day one guy came to get all document and 1000rs payment. I was not given any application number and receipt for the payment I gave. It's been a week and I'm in dark with no status of what's happening. I was told I will get the connection in 48 hours....

Prepaid recharge - my airtel best offers

Deduction of amount in the name of value added services (Vas)

Airtel has deducted Rs.99 without my authorisation for same value added service. I have never confirmed any such deduction, and have never used such service. I asked the to stop all my VAS and to never subscribe for the same in future but the problem is still being faced by me 4 th time. Fed up, kindly try to refund my amount....

Unauthorized charges of mobile bill

Dear Sir, I have corporate plan of Rs. 99, my average bill is comes only 115 to 135, but from november 2015, Rs. 175 includes in my bill every month and toal bill is 330 approx. In the myAirtel app, I looked for an offer, Rs.16 offer (saying: All STD @25p/m). I reacharged for the same, turns out, it only is applicable to STD calls. But last month it was available for local calls too. the i looked for another offer of Rs.12 saying STD MOBILE calls @25p/m. But it is also for STD calls only!
so if Rs.12 offer and Rs.16 offers are the same then why do they exist in two different rates?...

Regarding 3g data

I got my No. [protected] recharged today by 205 in d notion that it would give 1 Gb 3g balace for 28 days. Bt to my surprise got only 500 mb for 14 days. I have been mislead by wrong info. Provided by Airtel. When ever i was switching my data off, a message was displaying in following manner:
53=500 mb 2G for 14 d
205=1 Gb 3G for 28 days...

Hi,

I recently moved from Docomo to Airterl, thinking Airtel wud provide a better experience. Untill i figured out their strength...

I have been experiencing the worst service from airtel ever. My phone supports 4G but Airtel netwrk is so pathetic that the 3G connection itself is horrible. I don't know why such big adds are made on 4G, do not boost about the BS conection you have.

100 Rs. balance deduction w/o prior intimation for demand of bill

Dear friends,
Airtel is Fraud company . They cheat the customer by deducting balance without prior intimation.
In my case I demanded bill but they did not ask / inform me about 50 Rs charges per bill. But Airtel deducted it afterwords.
It happened twice so without prior intimation 100 Rs got deducted...
