MNP cancellation

Sir, I have given request for MNP from Airtel Tamil Nadu circle to Karnataka circle. Twice i have given the documents and also Nodal team confirmed that they have done verification but still MNP is cancelled. Bad service

Installed service for Airtel 4G service last week if sept 2015... the service was stable only for a week or two...after which...I get network connection available fir 1-2 hrs and the rest if the day . Asking for bill for sim i haven't used

I hv asked for new connection one month ago..m using vodafone right nw..i told them to giv me nano sim often n often..instead that they send me regular sim n told me to cut n put in phone..but on my requesting they told me to giv new sim but after that they didnt rep and even they were not picking up the phone..so at that time i send them massage to cancel connection..bt after month they send me bill of 2000..n after talking vth every level...

Sim disconnection

I have been the user of airtel for last 8 years or so usong the same number. The company decided to just disconnect my number without giving me any prior caution or warning for the same. As per their own terms and conditions they are to provide me a grace period of 15 days. Custumar care is so irresponsible... They just act like robots without understanding the problem....

Debiting money for not using mobile internet

Late Payment fee charged for Pre paid Service

Again double data not credited
