Airtel DTH ( Services Engineers are Rude & Worst )

I filled a service request to Airtel DTH to look after my DTH and resolve the issue. @6PM They filed a complaint immediately and said it would cost RS.150 for a visit .Even if it is two minutes work on DTH. I said ok & gave a timing before 10AM on any day! The next day morning [ 7 Calls ] 10:15AM a guy called and asked Shall i come now ? I said i started to office. 10:25AM Airtel customer care call 10:45 AM Service Engineer called....

Call center executive cheated me by asking to do recharge for PORT offer

On my mobile #[protected], I had asked for PORT on 12/23/2014 and they called me saying to offer 25 paise per minute Local and National all over India calls and 100 SMS free with 3 SMS rental at 50 paise, and he asked me to recharge for Rs 19 to avail this offer. After recharging the same, I didnt get any offer. When I called the call center back, they said we didnt give any such offer to this number. I would request Airtel to not cheat customers...

Recharge amount not done

3G network issue

Earlier I was with Vodafone really had a good experience on 3G connectivity also when I was in Roaming but because of a Stupid sales person from Airtel sales I switched my network to Airtel, that was my last day I lost my 3G network on the very second day itself started to face issue on network whenever I connect my Laptop using my mobile for downloading 5mb file also I have to wait for 20minutes not even able to use Whatsapp, and other Apps...

Recharged for RS 252/- have receipt but NO balance

Inaccurate balance deduction

Call reference number :[protected] On 24th December 2014 I had a main account balance of RS 150 and a 3G balance of more than 100MB . During the internet session I did not recieve a notification indicating 100% data usage completion but post the internet session I was left with RS .03 on my main account and 35MB of data was still left on my 3G account.
