[Resolved] Airtel — non-activation of ported sim | |||
I opted to port my vodafone no.[protected] with airtel. All documents submitted, verification done and sim was delivered to me. I inserted the sim in my phone as guided by the caller (I do not know from where). My existing no. (vodaphone) went dead and new sim did not activate. On follow up with the caller, I was informed that the new sim delivered to me was wrongly supplied and the correct sim will be dellivered to me soon. This has not been done and my phone is lying dead, which is my business no. because of which I am suffering financial loss also. I do not ;know what to do and whom to contact.
