Harassing for Bill even after payment and closing number

Hi,
I had a 4G connection from Airtel. There was no connection or low connectivity and it stopped altogether after April. There was no reply after may follow ups. I had aid bill for till April after harassment of calls and people visiting at home. Then account closure request was created and account was closed.
Now they are harassing me for some more payment and threatening to close my IDEA number if this payment is not done....

Postpaid connection not provided after collecting the document
