Airtel — Regarding Bill

Dear sir, i have this mobile no. [protected].but due to your bad services on my airtel connection i am facing so much bill which i never thought ever.i took enternet scheme on my connection but due to ur fault i have to face this problem. i did many calls in your consumer care but till now u have no solution of my problem so plz... i request to you give me proper feedback untill i will not pay without correction. My Mobile number is [protected]. This number is used my father
Mr.Abasaheb Chikane. Your Airtel service person distribute this card for
Senior citizen plan rupees 699 advance rental for 6 month and 100
minute free for every month so i took this card. After next 2nd and 3 rd
bill. Airtel charge for this card 1100/ 1200 something but than also i
pay this bill but now recently i paid rs 1036 rupees than also one bill
is asked me by airtel exicutive from your customer care so i asked him
already i pay last bill than also you asked me for payment that time he
explain me there is net used by this number so i asked you for that who
is permitted to you allow net for this number. You distribute this card
for seniour citizen already they don't know about the net than after
simply you send the bill and make orgument with customer for pay the
bill.We are not able to pay your bill if you don't want good customer
connect with airtel than you disconnect this number

i was with Airtel from the last more than 6 years...but i feel that even being after the one of the sincere customer in terms of payment i was feeling ditch.
1.Network conjunction ( call dropping) frequently.
2.I have activated 3G internet plan but i was able to use something 3G. bczt no signal available for 3G. I am cheated .

I though that i will change post paid to prepaid, so i went Pared Airtel then I told there that i came for submit bill and convert my connection into prepaid then i got ans that server is not working and that day was last date for payment, then I returned, after two day a call come to me from costumer care, he said pay for Bill payment then I said that please remove late fees bcz that day was not my fault, then he said okay I will reduce your late fees, then I said okay next day I will submit payment, next day I went to Swarup Nagar Airtel office for payment and asked for total money I have to pay then a madam said total money without reduce late fees, at that moment I called customer care and explain all the things happen then he replied very rude manner that you have pay total money, I said, I will not pay payment until you will not reduce late fees, At last my no. was closed before Diwali. Now I got a Bill that every month Rs. 399/- added without any uses after my no is closed.
I am office going person, I took two LWP for Bill payment. I lost Rs. 2000/-.
I want to complain consumer court for money and I was cheated from Airtel Side.
