My balance which was around Rs.170 till yesterday has been deducted completely from my Airtel prepaid number [protected] today for no reason.i even had internet balance and still have so there is no point it has been deducted for internet use.please see to my problem....

Frustrated with continuous harassment from AIRTEL. They are asking me to pay for a service I haven't used. I asked to put my 4G connection on safe custody in January 2014 and I kept getting bills till July 2014. In July after getting frustrated, I asked them to close my account, they closed it. But they are still expecting me to make the full payment through July 2014. Not sure what to do......

we have been using a number from past one and half years. Even 2 days before the deactivation of connection, we have recharged with 230/-. They sent me a message to re-submit my documents.I wanted to ask WHY? Why after 1 year there is a document failure. They just gave 2 days for the re-submission. When anyone tries to call me the call doesnt go.. No answer is also coming and the phone is not ringing only.. I received a message from airtel (Vx-611117) which says to get 3g data on 2g data rates at rs.155 for 30 days. I recharged the same but got 2g data instead. I called customer care 3 times the same day (2nd aug14), they cut the call inbetween. They are looting people with lies and full of crap.
