I was an Airtel customer for about 7 years for a number [protected]. I ported out this number on 16 Dec and paid bills upto 10 Dec. Subsequently I got bill with Zero amount for the period 11 Dec to 16 Dec. However, Airtel lateron started demanding Rs.622 as ontime charge for the period 20 Dec to 19 Jan when I was not using their service. Mails sent to them are unanswered....

From Airtel I had broadband connection, From the day broadband was installed there were continous outages, for this reason I asked them to close the connection, they promised to improve on the same and I paid them two month bill.
