Double billing for Data Packages

I used INR 125 plan for data - 1GB.. I got details about a new 199 2GB plan through airtel marketing team. So I changed my plan to INR 199 on 27th of previous month.. My Billing cycle is 7th of every month. When my bill was shared, Airtel charged me INR 125 for entire bill period 8-Jan-2014 to 7-Feb-2014 and INR 199 for 27-Jan-2014 to 7-feb-2014.. This is unacceptable as the same needs to be Prorated!...

MNP Issue: Airtel SIM not getting activated

I have applied for MPN from Idea to Airtel. All my verifications have been done and my Idea SIM is deactivated but my AIrtel SIM card is not getting activated from last 10 days. I have tried all possibilities for getting my number back. Airtel people are now not taking my calls, customer care is saying its a free number now so they cannot raise a complaint for this number. Airtel Flouting TRAI Regulations

I have registered as a dnd customer three years back but i receive unsolicited calls and messages daily on my airtel mobile.

Even though i have raised several complaints with airtel, no appropriate action is taken.

I am also receiving promotional messages from airtel (Ad-alerts) even though i am registered as a dnd customer.

Does airtel have any ethics as an organization???...

Refund of failed transaction
