Bill much higher than usage

Hi,
Initially when I bought a postpaid SIM ,they said it will be much cheaper than the prepaid.
they showed me the plans and according to my budget I choose the best one to cut my cost of calling.
First month they billed me around 900.I was shocked,but I paid as I had no options left.

False Promises by Airtel DTH team

I got a call from airtel on 15/mar/2013 and they said they will activate my previous account (closed in aug/2007) for free of cost. Which i agreed. Then he asked me there was some balance in prdv account to which i replied that has been settled. They said pls send the letter and receipt to our customer care, whichwas duly sent to airtel. My account got activated on 16/mar/2013.

promising 3g speed but there is no speed

When i connect 3g dongle with my laptop one application is install and on click of connect internet is connected.
when i login wen site like irctc it was showing very less speed around 0.07 kb to 0.30 kb.
when i call the number which was mwntion on application for help it was connecting to postpaid service.
I am not able to reach the dongle helpline for prepaid service.
when they dont have the service airtel should...

Charging double the amount

I have a Airtel DTH. Earlier my monthly plan was of around 125 Rs per month and hence I added the package "Hindi Plus". In Sept 2012, Airtel changed my base package to 200 Rs per month.

The 200 Rs per month package has all the channels which I added through Hindi plus addon package. It means that airtel is charging me twice for the same channels.

Please look into it and refund my money for the hindi...

Stay away from Airtel DTH - Pathetic service & worse service staff
