too slow speed of internet

I have recharged with 3G internet pack of Rs. 9 on my Airtel number [protected] but there is no internet access.
I have also complaint about that to 198 complaint number but no resolution is given to me.
This problem caused 4 times to me.
Please refund my money or troubleshoot that problem & renew that plan.

Prepaid to Postpaid conversion not working

Charged money but did not get any benefit
