I tried to recharge my airtel 3g with Rs750 the same has been charged to my credit card but recharge not done TR ID is 681024 pl resolve...

I have complaint about IPTV (a/c no -[protected])since month, it is not working properly.Pass one week system is totally blank and time provided by your executive passed 2 times.Kindly check your bills and give rebate in TV charges (montly rental), If you are unable to rectify the error pl inform us so that we can go for other services.

I was Airtel prepaid customer for 4 years, suddenly three months back got a call from airtel office saying that they are interested in converting my number from prepaid to post paid. I paid them 300 rs for conversion. But after that neither I got my money back nor they received my calls and above all my prepaid number stopped working. I went to airtel service centre :

They have funny menu. Customer care people lack empathy. I told them I am in train. They kept me waiting so that signal is lost. Wish them bad luck. They use Govt. Guidelines to harass. Hope they stick to airtel all the time and we customers switch....

i recharged airtel 3g+2g combo pack on my phone, but after few days i am not getting 3g speed, its speed is as 2g
i complaint many times on airtel customer care(121 and 198) but they did nothing...
what should i do?...

I had requested 121 Airtel to convert my stand alone DSL connection user id [protected]_dsl to Combo connection. I was told that there is no way to convert the connection and I have to file disconnection & get new connection. As advised by Air tel people I signed both the papers and opted for advance rental plan in new number [protected]. As allready I had airtel wiring at home there people just came to my home and connected the instrument...

1. On 13 March 2013 I requested call from Airtell about new Connection.
2. Same day I got call from Mr. Dharmendra
3. Mr. Dharmendra Offered me AIrtel D2H connection of INR 2990/-
@2090 only with One month subscription. and installation in 24-48 hours
4. I dont get installation on 14th March, so on 15 march I contacts your Local Dealer, and Explained...

My No is[protected] .which i made a request to disconnect the connection on 13 dec 2012 and airtel did not disconnect the connection and they disconnected the connection in month of jan 13 and now asking to pay the amount till jan 13 and some advocate is calling an telling they have filled the case in delhi court.Airtel company is making fraud with the customers.We are saying to settle the account so they are not ready to do this and asking...

I am using Airtel 3G USB Modem Device E1731 of 7.2 Mbps speed. It's a prepaid connection, which I purchased last year. It was working fine though the speed never reached 7.2 Mbps as claimed by Airtel but it was okay as per the standards of Airtel. I was getting a speed of around 2Mbps with which I could able to manage and do my stuff. But since 3 days the speed has reduced drastically to 10 Kbps, YES it is 10 kbps...

I done a online recharge for airtel via net banking from ICICI with transaction id (payment Id):[protected] and the recharge did not occur but amount deducted successfully from my ICICI account.I approached airtel customer care,they assured me that I will get balance or money back within 48 hr.now its more that 48 hrs. they have blocked my number that i unable to contact them.

I had applied for disconnecting the airtel postpiad connection on August 17th 2012 bearing number [protected]. But there was no proper action taken from their side and got numerous calls till January 2013.

In January 2013 recovery agent was sent to house for collection, All proofs but still he was insisting on the payment. Customer care was called and Jeevitha (Manager from customer care) has assured that connection will be...

We recharging airtel to make low call rates,
Example 45 rs but they r charging first 2min as a normal call rates. Aftr first 2 min of the day our call rate will low rates.

I mean" what is use to recharge if we do recharge any plan to make low call rates because airtel charging first 2min normal rate then per sec will start.

my mobile number is [protected]. it was an airtel number and i ported it into aircel in october 2011 bcz of poor signal on airtel at ma home and it took about 25 days for the whole process. now i want to port it back into airtel as the signal strength has improved now and i hv completed all the formalities and have submitted the documents for the same on 17 january 2013 but till now i.e. 15 march 2013 the number has not ported into airtel....

I obtained duplicate SIM ( mob. No. [protected]) from the AIR TEL service center, Nehru place, New Delhi on 14.03.13. The desk clerk charged Rs. 140 instead of Rs. 25 (as MRP) on assurance that I will get Rs. 117 as recharge on this number within 20 minutes, but no recharge of talk time has been made till 17:00 hrs on 15.03.2013. I have been cheated.
please take necessary action and let me get the recharge of talk time on my mobile...

from feb14th my set up box is been de activated for new change of address , after 10 days later you enginners came and they entirely damaged the setupbox and reinstallation is not done properly ...., if that so why they collect the money rs 250/- and very surpise that so far no came forward to rectify the error which is done by your own engineers . is it our mistake after paying also we need wait for your service and no can survey without...

The AT&T toll free number 000 117 is being charged.

This same number is toll free when dialed through cellphone.

Why this difference between using land line and mobile?

I called up customer care to check why this number is being charged and they told me that when dialed using the land line it will be charged.

This is totally unfair. It should be a free number....
