Network disconnection

IVR

I have a airtel number . I need some clarifications regarding my valued added services. Whenever I call 121 and select the required options to talk to Customer Care Executive the IVR voice says it will connect to the executive , but the call gets disconnected abruptly after the IVR voice ends. This happens everytime....

A number annoying me

Hi,
A Person from no.[protected] is annoying me every day nad night through unwanted messages and calls.I dont know how come he got my no. I am mentally disturbed because of this. So please help me by blocking him from messaging or calling me hereafter. I am not sure for how many girls/women this animal gives such troubles.

Airtel is billing even after requesting disconnection

I have been a customer of airtel broadband[protected] since last few years. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to move from my place and I requested for a disconnection. I got a call from the people of their retention department and they told me that there is a facility of connection being put on hold indefinitely without any charge.

I paid the remaining amount in full in cash and also got the same written in receipt....

Today morning between 2:50 to 3:15am I had given call in customer care 121 from my number [protected] for inquiring about my complaint which was not resolved till time.
