I am to put forward and make aware that Airtel has been deducting the balance of prepaid customers despite activation of the data plans 2G for RS98,and despite calling their customer are numbers and lodging compliant repeatdly since[protected],they have resorted to deducting balance for data usage,I have lost sonewhere lie Rs 100-plus and there has been no response from Airtel.My numbers which are being targetted are [protected] and [protected],br...

i want to disconnect my landline no.[protected], i have paid bill also and went to nearest office of airtel in sector-15 mkt. faridabad , i met mr. Ravinder their , he told me to submit disconnection letter with ID and do so but he refused to submit . i don't know why ?

I had opted for Broadband and Landline services from Airtel. I used it for couple years and then when i had to move out of the premises as it was rented house i requested for cancellation of the both Broadband and Landline services.

They said it will be done in 6-7 days. I have made payment for last bill and kept my account with 'zero' outstanding amount.

After this cancellation...

I was using 2g internet facility on my mobile connection. I used to get daily update o[censored]sage that used to help on not over-consumption of mobile data usage. During Dec Month Airtel didn't send any SMS regarding this and because of it I overused this 400 MB as per bill generated. I had got huge bill of Rs.4648/- for month of Dec 2012. I doubt that bill is correct.
Airtel didn't listen to me at all and they barred outgoing...

Since 5th Jan 13 , I am continuously complaining against the issue for the net connection , but issue is not yet resolved till date.
6th Jan 13 Airtel Technician visited our residence 1d- 1203 Dreams complex Bhandup west Mumbai concluding that Mordem/ Router is not working properly and it is to be replaced.
New Router to be replaced by Airtel as it is malfunction before 1 year , But both technical and call centre executive...

Prem sutar recently bought new sim card of airtel just because i lost my old sim, and on this new sim card company sending me sms and my balance is getting deducted, last night i have been charged 10 rs and today 30rs, now what should i do? Recently want to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, so cleared the outstanding amount of the postpaid number by providing the
Cheque to the executive named Ramesh from Vision Marketing Services-Bill number 197191 on 30 dec 2012.

When I went to airtel stall-begumpet to get the prepaid card the counter person says the cheque is not produced or cleared,...

I am using an internet connection of Airtel. According to our plan we have 10 GB surfing for speed 2Mbps, and after the 10 GB is over we will have to use the internet at a speed of 256kbps. But in this month the internet speed has reduced two times i.e. once it was reduced then again it came back to normal and then again it has reduced and our bills for the internet have been paid and we have no due bills , still we face this problem....

Already i complained several time (more than 6 times)the same issue. Again one more time i complaint is, my 2g net work (Air-tel-prepaid- no:[protected])is very slow. It can reach at 1 KB/s only, but normal 2g speed is 50 KB/S. In your customer care dept is not given any response for the last 6 months. if It is not able to do your net work means, kindly change my port to Aircel/ BSNL. No one network is like yours....

I have [protected] airtel digital connection, i have been cheated at the time of taking the connection. I had a ready set up as a result did not opt for 10mts wire which comes along with the package for a new connection. i was told by the technician to claim 120/- against it from the dealer, its more than 2 mths now neither the dealer not Airtel is bothered to refund me the money....

I have been trying to update my validity which expired on 4th Jan 2013. But even after recharging 2 times with INR 56, my services have not yet started. I am not able to make any calls as well as people who call my phone are getting message that "this no. is temporarily out of service"

Even after registering in Airtel DND service also, Im getting nearly 5 to 6 promotional calls every day about credit cards/insurance policies. Please help me on this. I have been using the same number since 5 years and i cannot change it.
