my name is manav jain. 3 to 4 months ago i cleared the airtel debt which was pending . the seniors talked with me and they told me to pay 2500rs ( approx)
and then only they will disconnect my airtel no. and broadband ( airtel no. [protected]). i requested them to disconnect my services as they were not sending the bill on time due to which i was not able to pay them om time. afterward they used to disconnect my services temporarily...

MONEY DEDUCTED BUT NO RECHARGE AND CUSTOMER CARE TOO LAZY TO HELP. PLEASE ASSIST -

When any customer purchase new Nokia lumia 710 handset then air tel & Vodafone gives the 2GB data free at 3G Speed ( per month for 4 months ) but they don't give my data pack...

i am a regular gprs user of airtel 98 plan. On 4th jan my data plan will expire. The same day i call to airtel customer care to renew my plan and deduct the amount from my balance. They inform me that they give 1GB data for 30 days for regular user. But after deduction they gave me only 650 MB for 21 days only. Please do something for that....

On December 8, 2012 the service provider "Airtel" has deducted money from my prepaid account by dumping services like "Mobile internet", "Hello tunes" without my consent. I have got my balance deducted (Rs. 99) for some "The avenger" downloading which I have not done.... this is not the first time happening, every time I keep my balance above Rs. 50, it happens with one or the other services. On talking to Ankur Bhatnagar CCE, he bluntly refused to refund the money.... this is a way to serve customers, its better to have postpaid connections and then not to pay back.

I'm using speed airtel 3g on my pc and getting hard open to even google home page. i mean, i'm getting extremely slow speed of 4-10 kbps. Even worst than 2g for number [protected]. I am an Airtel Prepaid Customer From past 10 years and have been using the number [protected] since then. The number was completely active till yesterday 3rd jan 2013, 9:00 Pm.
