Dear SIr,

This is to inform you that i had my airtel no.[protected] working since 5 years but all of the sudden it got disconnected.
Before disconnecting they used to steal my balance and when i complain they used to give me excuse that its a irrecursive process.
after disconnecting the sim When i check it with airtel they tell me that it was disconnected due to no activity since six months but it was a lifetime...

Deduction of Rs. 149 without any reason.

I was charged Rs. 149 for two things that I did not even down loaded it. When I called up the customer care they were of the view that customers are liars that can be referred from from his statement.
He said that the customer are not going to tell the truth.
This incident have happened with me many times. Every time i have asked the customer care executive to stop sending me any such messages but the same keeps on happening...

Stealing money in 3G services

I got an Airtel simcard no [protected] on 15 Feb n=and activated 3G services on 16 Feb for 450 rupees. They said 1200 MB free download will be available. But within 14 days all my recharge money were taken emptying to 0 balance. Download MB was even less that 500 MB.

No propeer response when called the cutomer care at 121 and 12134. They tend to transfer the call to senior person but no proper response. They dont even have...

airtel charges high amount

I am using airtel for last six years. Airtel gave lot of surprises. They also did frequent customer satisfaction surveys. But these days they are robbing my money. they frequently changing the rate cutter plans without informing. I paid around two hundred and forty rupees. now my other mobile cost is 60 paise and airtel cost is 10 paise. actual thing is without ratecutter my mobile cost for other mobile is 50 paise.

Charged but plan deactivated.

Dear Sirs,

I have been charged Rs.299 for the renewal of the monthly Blackberry plan. which i have now been using for one year.

One day before the renewal date, i sent a De-Activation request by SMS to 121 (airtel).

But next day i noticed that i have been first charged Rs.299 for the new month, and few minutes later the BB plan was de-activated.

airtel sim card blocked due to puk code

Since Sunday, 27 february, 2012 morning my Airtel sim card no. [protected] has been blocked due to invalid Puk code.I can only get "Sim card rejected", error message on the mobile screen. I have very important contacts in this sim.
