Mobile Number Portability not working

My mother wanted to change from Dolphin to Airtel. The first time, the Airtel rep said that since the prepaid balance of Dolphin was finished, the shift could not take place (actually, there was a problem at Dolphin’s end due to which the balance was displayed as Rs. 38, despite the fact that there was no balance). Granted that the problem existed. But that problem was tackled and was resolved completely.

RECHARGE OF 299/- BUT GOT RS. 1/-

I had done an online recharge to my airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] with cash for Rs 299/- and I got only Rs. 1/- .The recharge was done on 14.04.2011 at 10:30 pm and trans id is[protected].I got an SMS the same time "recharge with 299/- and get full talktime.Offer valid for 30 days". Henceforth I recharged it for Rs 299/-
