Verification Of Customer Address

Myself Dr Rajesh Kumar Singh, I get the prepaid mobile connection one year back, my mobile number is [protected]. I already submitted twice the details copy of my address proofs, photo & voter ID card.
this prepaid mobile connection is work fine for me, but it stop working when the airtel verification call
is come in they ask me my name, my address....

I recently (27 July '10)Purchased a broadband service from airtel, confirming that it was 'unlimited', as told by the sale man.Everything was done and installation was complete.

On the 30 July'10, I get a call from Bangalore (Ph- [protected]), the Customer Support representative then informs me that the 512 KBPS line would go down to 256 KBPS after a download limit of 8 GB .

I had purchaged Rs. 30 TOP-UP CARD from Airtel agent. I tried to recharge my cell by following appropriate procedure but it is not getting recharged. after unsuccessful recharge it is diplaying following message:
"OBS: This is a new service operation so you need to specify a message here in youur own language."

It is shocking to see a "Global" company like Airtel can get away with substandard service...I am sure top mgt is not cheating but professionals do ! Since quite some time now, I'm facing a lot of problems with the network coverage in Airtel.
I use a New Nokia 5230 handset. And I used to get the same problem with my old handset too(Nokia N80)
At times suddenly the calls get cut and a service message says "Connection Error"
It really is a pain use Airtel, then only reason I'm continuing...

every time it happens to me that air tel is debiting prepaid amount from my mobile for unwanted reasons
it has become nuisance for us. Every time we are losing our money as well as our valuable time by complaining to the customer care. we wish the company should take necessary action to avoid this type of malpractices....

on 22 07 2010 at 11 24 am i had recharged with rs 104 in my airtel life time connexion no [protected]. but i was shocked to find that no nop connection was activated till date.in addition i was forcibly subscribed to use rs 5 nop/day service.when complained the cc executive refunded the sum of rs 10 for 2 day use saying that some system upgradeation is going on.

I recently got my airtel broadband connection and they activated on 16th july.. but the activation process is not complete and i am not able to access my net.. because there is a connection error(DSL is down through out the day).. and i have not made use of net a single day.. i have complained many times to customer care.. but they are not helping me in this issue.. so i have strongly decided to disconnect AIRTEL BROADBAND immediately......

Hi .. i am using airtel sim form past 4years as a postpaid guy.. and i have paid more than 25000 bill wid out any due.. now due to some reason i have converted into prepaid and the migriation has been so worst tht they have bard all my imcomming and outgoing calls and sim card is almost dead.. called more than 10 times to constumer care but no action taken... number [protected]..
