non delivery of monthly bill - CUG plan

Subject::NON DELIVERY OF BILL HARD COPY.
Dear Sir I have 2 cug connections but I am not in receipt of bills hard copy till day.Iam in regular touch of the same problem with 121 and customer service numbers.But there is no solution.Where as as on date my both numbers outgoing is blocked.Why such action is taken when there is no fault from my side???
You are requested to start my outgoing immediately without any delay.As we are using your services by paying regularly.It is not free of charge.It is your system failure to satisfy customer.This is true if you don't care for your customer.Twice i have made Complaint no:28737587 for ph.no.9766591283.
Your immediate action is appreciate.
