within 1 year unfortunately the Remote control stopped working.
so for this concern i did call air-tel digital customer care number[protected] on many occasions to report the complaint regarding the same,and finally got the complaint number that is 241114.and at the very 2nd day i have received the Text message on my cellphone...

I have an airtel connection with addon.
