Cannot receive mms

Hi,

I received a message me that I got an mms. To retrieve the message, I need to go to page http://125.21.241.88/mms and login with my user name and password. As soon as I enter these information, I get a message telling that my session has expired. What is the resolution for this ?

can't do recharge

International Call charge dispute

I hav been charged, on my last bill, Rs. 1176/- for International calls to Africa, which I never made. When I called Airtel Customer Service, I was told that they cannot check if the call charges are incorrect and cannot raise a complaint as these charges were correct.

a payment clause

I have been paying my Airtel landline bills punctually on the due date by cheque for who knows how long. Now I find out from their customer care that if you make a payment by cheque the money is not considered paid till it reaches their account (i.e. you have to pay by cheque 2 to 3 days before the last date of payment) and you are considered a defaulter and charged Rs.75 for late payment every next bill every month.
