I received a message me that I got an mms. To retrieve the message, I need to go to page http://125.21.241.88/mms and login with my user name and password. As soon as I enter these information, I get a message telling that my session has expired. What is the resolution for this ?

I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force, presently posted in Bangalore. I hav been charged, on my last bill, Rs. 1176/- for International calls to Africa, which I never made. When I called Airtel Customer Service, I was told that they cannot check if the call charges are incorrect and cannot raise a complaint as these charges were correct.

When I tried to complain on 198(Airtel complaint toll free number) they said that they would not raise any complaint for me.

I have been paying my Airtel landline bills punctually on the due date by cheque for who knows how long.
