AIRTEL NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY

I paid 1000rs from my bank account for refill of my Airtel Mobile. The amount was neither credited in my mobile nor refunded in my bank account. I am following up the same so many time with Airtel and Bank. Bank is telling that they have paid to Airtel and Airtel is telling that they have not received the amount....

AIRTEL FRAUD SCHEME

No service as per the declaration

when I am in in Jamshedpur I am informed through service message from Orissa Airtel( though I am a customer of Orissa Airtel Telecom Circle) that Roaming Rs44 Special- Outgoing A2A 1p per Sec, A2O 1.2p per Sec and Incoming 80p & 60p respectively. Disturbance

iam a 7months conceive person, the subject airtel number giving so many mis calls in the midnight & days. While trying to call back the person is not attending the cal also switch off the phone. This has been started from January 2010 last week. Please take proper action againrt this caller...

no credit of talk time

Airtel has launched so called my airtel my offer on *121# which its customer care executive says is common for all offer.
On 3rd feb i checked *121# and offer said "On RC 100, get 200min talktime. (125 turant aur 75 in 48 hrs.). Same offer i confirmed with executive on 121 same day and did recharge. WRONG DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

Air Tel is making wrongful deductions from the available balance of pre-paid customers. In the past also on two occasions I had been wrongly charged for Hello Tune/Panchang.

they have not start the service in the given time

WORST SERVICE ever seen by any Internet service providing co., they have not start our lease line in the given time....& so we have incurr heavy loss in our work & we are also thinking to consumer court for the same...

Wrong Billing

Sir,

I was staying in Dwarka, New Delhi, and got an Airtel Landline/Broadband connection ([protected]) installed at my residence. As I had to shift my residence from Dwarka to Netaji Nagar, New Delhi, I had requested Airtel to disconnect the landline/broadband connection. On 14.11.2009, representative of Airtel disconnected the line and removed the telephone insrument and modem.

To activate& deactivate SMS10 service

I want to activate SMS10 service i.e offered me from Airtel.
But If i send Activation request as "SMS10" to 51619
i got reply as " Inalid Requestor Mobile No."
I contact Lots many time to customer care but no one tell me what is problem..
