Dear Sir,

My mobile no is [protected]. I hed dissconnected the postpaid connection in june and switch over to prepaid connection. till date i hed not received back my security deposite of Rs.500/- which was paid at the time of purchasing the card.

I hed visted the airtel center 3 times but no proper respons.

Kindly do the needful....

I have take a Post Paid Airtel Connection at Bangalore under the corporate connection package. The plan code at the time of connection was H17 199 CUG and when the billing came it was under AES 248KK which has inflated the bill amount. I lodged a complaint with the customer care but without any result. It gave a response first pay as per the billing then we will change the plan. Most of the time when I try to login for Airtel postpaid bill payment, the site seems to be down! If try calling to custcare of airtel they says there is some problem and they are looking into it. I have dialled AIRTEL 121 bacause my Airtel Messenger is not working. I have told my querry but they disconnected the call and therefafter I called 3 - 4 times and now they Cancel/Hang my calls.

This seems to be a new STUPID idea to ignore calls they don't want to answer.

How will my querry will be answered?
