security deposit not received

Dear Sir,

My mobile no is [protected]. I hed dissconnected the postpaid connection in june and switch over to prepaid connection. till date i hed not received back my security deposite of Rs.500/- which was paid at the time of purchasing the card.

I hed visted the airtel center 3 times but no proper respons.

Kindly do the needful....

Wrong Billing and Billing Plan

I have take a Post Paid Airtel Connection at Bangalore under the corporate connection package. The plan code at the time of connection was H17 199 CUG and when the billing came it was under AES 248KK which has inflated the bill amount. I lodged a complaint with the customer care but without any result. It gave a response first pay as per the billing then we will change the plan. Now they have also disconnected the outgoing calls from Mobile....

ONLINE PAYMENT MADE TO AIRTEL but COMPANY is neither SUPPLYING DTH CONNECTION nor REFUNDING the amount

I applied for Online connection of AIRTEL DTH and paid online after getting confirmation from one of the customer executive that there is 15% discount on doing online booking.

I used Debit card of ICICI bank. From my bank account amount of INR 1990.00 has been deducted. Following is the reference no appearing in my account statement -

Online Payment - No confirmation sent

Hi,
I purchased Airtel DTH by making an online payment in the Airtel digital tv website. The transaction was successful and I got the transaction ID. But there was no confirmation sent either by email or SMS regarding my order. I spoke to the Customer care service and they say it will take 3 or 4 working days to deliver the equipments. Rejecting Valid IMEI number

False/Less/Useless Informations and irregular Customer Care

I recharged my airtel prepaid phone number with limited time offer of Rs60 for reducing my call rates to 60 paise for both local and std calls.

Most of the time when I try to login for Airtel postpaid bill payment, the site seems to be down! If try calling to custcare of airtel they says there is some problem and they are looking into it. AIRTEL 121 Customer Care

I have dialled AIRTEL 121 bacause my Airtel Messenger is not working. I have told my querry but they disconnected the call and therefafter I called 3 - 4 times and now they Cancel/Hang my calls.

This seems to be a new STUPID idea to ignore calls they don't want to answer.

How will my querry will be answered?
