Excessive billing unresponsive

My landline no. in Delhi, recd. an exorbitant bill of Rs. 3000+, while I usually get around Rs.[protected].

I emailed to Airtel to:
1. changeover my plan to lower one immediately. I checked the plan options from their website. Later I got a reply that, that specific plan did not exist.
I then suggested another plan. When I opted for that plan, they dilly-dallied for 7 days, and have now called to say they will...

Unnecessary Cricket alert send for which balance is deducted.

I am unnecessarily getting Cricket Alerts from Number[protected] though I have not subscribed for this service. Moreover my balance is getting deducted for this service. If these people wud have been in front of me I wud have spanked them.

Daily 2 SMS from 290603 and subsequent deduction of 3 Rs.per SMS

I have not subscribed for the "Thoughts for the day" & "Love Tip" from 290603. I have started getting daily messages with the topic from the number above said Number. No response from Airtel after lodging Complent on 121. Please block SMS's from number 290603. and arrenge to refund/credit Rs.3/- per SMS's so far received with immediate effect....

diversion of calls

Unwanted messages in bulk quantity.

I recieve lot of daily messages on my Airtel Prepaid number([protected]) regarding stock market & there is no number attached with it. The message header says TA-Vipul or TM-Vipul & there is no number given to unsubscribe this service. Even airtel customer care agent was not able to help me. Please help me....
