No valid contact email

I tried to contact airtel through the email address given by them care.[protected]@airtel.in but they are not receiving emails and they just bounce. This is violating all TRAI norms, as also illegal otherwise. Please advice me where to write regarding this. Also all telecom companies are violating even basic norms like having complicated bill formats to try to confuse subscribers. And Airtel is still the best telephone internet provider in India....

deactivation of bhakti tashan services

inspite of many complaints regarding deactivation of bhakti tashan this problem is still unsolved.since last seven weeks rs.20 is being deducted from my balance.every time imade acomplaint iwas assured that this will not happen in future and balance will be reverted back to me.but four days ago date,13.09.09 again rs.20 has deducted.please help me.otherwise ihave to take some action....

Airtel USB MODEM Tourture

I've taken USB Modem on 29th Aug 09 from Bannerghatta Main Road Airtel office Bangalore by paying Rs 4000 ( four thousands)

On 10th Sep 09 connection has suspended without my notice when i contacted Airtel customer care they intimated me that Verification department ordered them to do it.

Then i requested Airtel department for Verification Customer care lady informed they will be coming my home on Saturday...

No Service

I Ajeev Rattan(gurgaon), holding airtel mobile no. [protected]. I got this no two weeks ago. After a week it stopped working, and showing only emergency signal. I am not able to call(dial & recieve) anywhere including customer care(121). You plz resolve this problem asap. Its very urgent. Otherwise tell me what should i do? Shall i take another no?...

Airtel broadband cheating in madiwala

Hi,

I have applied for Airtel broadband connection initially in first week of August. In the feasibility check (took 2 days) the Airtel persons said it is not feasible to give a connection in my area (Madiwala). Then I dropped going for Airtel and thought of going to some other service provider.

deduction of negative balance from my digi tv account

sir
on 14th september i purchased one air tel digi tv of 3 months subscriprion free package. on 15th september the customer care officer of airtel digi tv send a sms on my mobile number regarding negative balance of my digi tv and he also advised me for immediate recharge. I surpised as to how despite of 3 months 1 day only passed and the digi tv needs to be recharged. please help and guide me in this regard otherwise i shall be harassed.br...

DEDUCTION MADE FROM PREPAID BALANCE

My airtel mobile no. is [protected]. This is Government Card on my brother's name who is working in High Court but currently using by me.

I gave a cash of rupees 2250, towards new connection. 1750 towards the device which I opted to own and 500 rupees other charges.

Unable to retrieve MMS

I received a message from Airtel to use my mobile number and login with a password they sent on a particular http site so i will be able to view my mms. But it says wrong username and password. my number is [protected]. And it is very irritating. The Customer Care says there is no service like that anymore. So, why does airtel keeps sending such useless messages then?...

availability of customer care

Company claiming to pioneering in communication industry has the least care to receive customer complaints. I have a airtel landline[protected] since 2002- 03. Until recently, the company was accepting customer complaints regarding services failure on 42112345, however now I understand that this facility is now available only for corporate users and residential landline users are advised to call 121.

Unwanted subscription of cricket alerts

Hi,

My Airtel Number is [protected].

One fine day, I suddenly received a sms on my cell saying thanks for subscribing to cricket alert services and they reduced my balance by 30 Rs.
After complaints at 121 and also sending STOP sms to 121 and UNS to 52906 they r not stopping the service and keep on cutting money from my balance. Pls. tell me what to do???
The sms r a headache for me at the night....
